Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

Between Client and TranslateInk, 1137 Betournay St, Winnipeg, MB R2J 1E5 (BN: 123456789 RC0001).

2. Services

Document translation, French translation, website localisation, certified translation, Indigenous language translation, legal translation. All services delivered digitally.

3. Payment

50% deposit. Balance on delivery. Stripe CAD. GST/HST included where applicable.

4. Confidentiality

All source materials treated as confidential. NDA with all translators. Indigenous language materials handled with additional cultural protocols as agreed with community stakeholders.

5. IP

Client owns translations on payment. Translation memories shared per agreement.

6. Official Languages

French translations comply with federal Official Languages Act and Québec Bill 96 requirements where applicable.

7. Law

Laws of Manitoba, Canada. Courts of Manitoba. Canadian Consumer Protection Act applies. Updated: March 2026.
